The John Deere Reman lines of complete engines are designed to meet customer demands to minimize downtime and provide the customer a lowcost repair alternative. All John Deere Reman complete engines are built and tested to provide you with the same John Deere quality products you are accustomed to.

Features may include:

• Reduce customer downtime up to 50-percent or more when compared to an overhaul.

• - Provides a cost competitive product compared with outside supplier rebuilding options or dealer overhauls.

• Provides known repair costs up front.

• Provides up to two-year, 2,000 hour parts, labor, and consequential damage warranty (whichever occurs first) if dealer installed in Ag applications. One year unlimited hours (whichever occurs first) in Construction & Forestry applications. Provides a product remanufactured to stringent John Deere quality specifications using only genuine OEM parts and approved remanufacturing processes.

• Remanufactured not rebuilt.

• - Cylinder block and head, including internal components.

• - Front plate, front cover, front and rear seals.

• - Water pump, valve cover, oil cooler, oil filter housing, and filter. Engine is painted, and shipped with a complete gasket kit. Fuel injection filters, pump, lines, and nozzles.

• - Intake and exhaust manifolds, including aftercooler and turbocharger (where applicable).

• - Vibration damper.
